4 Multiplication Puzzles
Puzzle pieces are each hexagons - 16 or 17 pieces for each puzzle
2 Easier puzzles - these do not contain duplicate products
2 Challenging puzzles - Contain duplicate products in puzzle - For example, 2 x 6 and 3 x 4 each equal 12
All puzzles have hidden words which make it quick & easy to check answers (I don’t tell the kids the puzzles spell anything because they fixate on the words & not the problems.
HOW I USE PUZZLES IN CLASS:
1) Make copies of puzzle pieces on different color paper (makes it easy to tell the difference)
2) Have students cut out pieces. Collect pieces at the end of class. You now have a complete class set.
3) Have pieces laminated. You are now set for years.
4) I use these as a fun review, during stations and with our intervention classes.
